Kylos is a professional image processing tool oriented to personal non-commercial use. The core service covers multiple practical functions: users may select various built-in exclusive collage templates, upload local images, adjust picture layout to match selected templates, preview collage effects in real time, and export finished collage works to local mobile storage. This application does not support social sharing, comment interaction, cloud album storage and other extended socialized functions.
3. Data Collection Specifications
We always adhere to the data minimization principle in all data processing activities. Under no circumstances will we actively collect users’ sensitive private information, including but not limited to geographic location data, contact lists, biometric identifiers and account passwords. The data collected and processed by our platform is divided into the following two categories:
3.1 User-Generated Image Content
This category includes original pictures uploaded independently by users and finished collage works generated after template adaptation and manual editing. Such content is only invoked to complete the image processing tasks initiated by users. The platform will not automatically copy, back up or migrate user image resources without additional authorization.
3.2 Anonymous Operational Data
It refers to anonymous statistical data automatically recorded by the system during application operation, covering template usage preferences, daily activity data, runtime error logs and anonymized device basic attributes. This type of data cannot be used to identify any specific individual, and is only applied to internal product optimization and fault diagnosis.
4. Data Usage Regulations
All collected data shall only be used to support the normal operation of core services and realize product iteration upgrades. We will not expand the usage scope of data or apply data to third-party commercial projects without obtaining explicit written consent from users. The specific usage scenarios are specified as follows:
• Service Operation: Load user uploaded images, render preset collage templates, generate real-time previews, and realize local export of processed collage works;
• Product Optimization: Analyze anonymous operational data to fix program crashes and functional bugs, optimize existing collage templates, improve image synthesis efficiency and reduce application resource occupation;

5. Data Storage Mechanism & Security Protection
5.1 Storage Method
All user uploaded original images and processed collage works are stored locally on users’ mobile devices by default. Kylos does not enable automatic cloud synchronization and remote backup functions. Users enjoy complete ownership and independent control over all image files, and have the right to delete redundant or unwanted content at any time.
5.2 Storage Duration
User-owned image content will be retained on the local terminal until users manually delete the files or uninstall the entire application. Anonymous operational data stored on encrypted cloud servers will be automatically and permanently deleted within 30 calendar days after collection to avoid redundant data accumulation.
5.3 Security Protection Measures
The application adopts local sandbox isolation technology to isolate external access permissions and prevent third-party software from illegally reading and stealing users’ collage images. Cloud-side anonymous data is protected by end-to-end encryption technology. Only designated technical maintenance personnel have access permissions, and all data access behaviors are recorded for traceability and regular compliance audits.
6. Third-Party Data Sharing Rules
The platform implements a strict zero-data-sale strategy. Under conventional operating circumstances, we will never sell, rent, trade or authorize any third-party merchants, social organizations and unrelated individuals to obtain users’ original images and collage works for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
